CoQ10 is an oil soluble nutrient and to get good therapeutic results you have to use at least 90 mg a day of CoQ10. With Biotics Research CoQ10 product, you're going to achieve blood levels that are at least 3 to 4 times that of what the non-emulsified forms provide. This is because Biotics Research has EMULSIFIED their CoQ10. Taking one CoQ-Zyme 30mg tablet a day will provide you with approximately the same blood levels achieved with 90 mg of the dry form and 100mg of the standard oil form.
