Magnesium (as Magnesium Chloride) 200mg

Recommendation: One (1) teasoonful by mouth daily as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a health care professional. May be applied topically, liberally to the skin twice daily as another mode of ingestion.

CAUTION: Magnesium Chloride is well-tolerated. Most, if any, side effects are due to over-consumption of magnesium products. This may affect the nervous system or cardiovascular systems. Therefore, magnesium chloride may be contraindicated in patients with kidney or heart impairments.
