FOLKS, this is an e-mail I just reveived from a lady compaining that her temperatures were 94 degrees and she was tired all the time and always felt cold. She wanted me to provide her with some info she could give her doctor to convince her that she needed Armour’s thyroid and not Synthroid.
THIS IS HER REPLY:
Dr. Greene:
Hi.. I talked to my Dr. and she said no. She said the risks are too great of developing osteoporosis, and other things associated with hyperthyroid. She said people in my age group run low temps. I KNOW I need the Armour’s but what is one to do?? I am at the mercy of the medical profession.
THIS WAS MY REPLY TO HER:
Do not take any crap off these people. You need help
and you need to educate yourself until you get help. Your doctor is an idiot. The only people who get osteoporosis are the ones who are on Synthroid, not Armour’s. Change doctors… she is dangerous. Just because “everyone your age runs low temperatures” does not mean that this is normal. It isn’t!! You need to find another doctor.
This info is from me as a former pharmacist.
My god people, why do you take this crap off these medical jackasses. If you do not feel good and your doctor is not helping you… then change doctors, educate yourselves. It isn’t that hard to do.
I’m sorry but this poor lady acts just like a slave.

Do you see what I mean. I gave this lady several websites that are well documented as to the advantages of the use of Armour’s thyroid vs. Synthroid.
I guess at least these poor people are searching for help.
MY TIP: NEVER GIVE UP. USE THE BEST THE MEDICAL PROFESSION HAS TO OFFER (WHICH UNFORTUNATELY IS NOT MUCH UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN SHOT, STABBED OR BROKE A BONE) If you don’t get help with one group of doctors keep researching. The medical people have not had an original thought in 75 years. This is what you are up against.
